  • We accept prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, subject to availability.

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, location, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • V’ALVENO is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or natural events.

5. Returns, Refunds & Store Credit

  • All return-related matters are governed by our Return & Store Credit Policy.

  • We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns are issued as store credit only.

  • Orders returned due to customer refusal, incorrect address, or unavailability are not eligible for refunds or store credit.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Any damaged or defective product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory to process such claims.

  • Claims without proper proof will not be accepted.
