Return & Refund Policy – V’ALVENO

At V’ALVENO, every product is made to order to ensure premium quality and minimal waste. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns

  • As our products are print-on-demand, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

    • Change of mind

    • Color preference

    • Personal dislike after delivery

  • Returns are only accepted in case of:

    • Damaged product

    • Manufacturing defect

    • Incorrect product received


Reporting an Issue

  • Any issue must be reported After delivery.

  • Please contact us with:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos/videos of the issue

    • A brief description of the problem

Requests raised after Delivery for return or refund.


Refunds

  • Once the issue is verified, we will offer:

    • A replacement, or

    • A refund, depending on the case

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer or Store Credit after collecting customer details.


Return to Origin (RTO)

  • Orders returned due to:

    • Customer refusal

    • Incorrect address

    • Unavailability at delivery

will not be eligible for refund.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before production begins.

  • Once the order is processed or printed, cancellation is not possible.


Important Notes

  • Colors may slightly vary due to screen settings.

  • Size charts are provided on product pages—please check carefully before ordering.

  • V’ALVENO reserves the right to make the final decision in all return/refund cases.
