COD Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy – V’ALVENO

To provide a secure and smooth shopping experience, V’ALVENO offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option under the following terms.


1. COD Availability

  • COD is available for select pin codes in India.

  • COD availability may vary depending on courier partner serviceability.

  • V’ALVENO reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or customers.


2. COD Order Confirmation

  • All COD orders require manual verification via WhatsApp or phone call.

  • Orders that are not confirmed may be cancelled automatically.

  • Providing a valid mobile number is mandatory for COD orders.


3. COD Charges

  • An additional COD handling fee (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • COD charges are non-refundable.


4. Refusal & Return to Origin (RTO)

  • If a COD order is:

    • Refused at delivery

    • Undelivered due to customer unavailability

    • Returned due to incorrect address

    it will be treated as Return to Origin (RTO).

  • RTO orders are not eligible for refunds or store credit.


5. Multiple COD Order Abuse

  • Customers who repeatedly place COD orders and refuse delivery may be:

    • Blocked from COD permanently

    • Allowed to place prepaid orders only


6. Damaged or Incorrect COD Orders

  • In case of a damaged or incorrect product:

    • A clear unboxing video is mandatory.

    • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Approved cases will be resolved as per our Return & Store Credit Policy.


7. Order Cancellation

  • COD orders can be cancelled only before production begins.

  • Once an order is processed or printed, cancellation is not possible.


8. Final Decision

  • V’ALVENO reserves the right to make the final decision on COD approval, cancellation, or blocking in order to prevent misuse and ensure fair operations.
