Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be informed in such cases.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner delays, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

  • Any Cash on Delivery (COD) charges will be shown before placing the order.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email.

  • You can track your order status using the provided tracking details.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate.

  • V’ALVENO is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Return to Origin (RTO)

  • If an order is returned to us due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or incorrect address, the order will be treated as Return to Origin (RTO).

  • In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.

Damaged or Missing Orders

  • If you receive a damaged product or if your order is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and order details.

  • We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
